SC9920 Microwave digestion system collects the features of high-throughout and high-pressure digestion, not only able to digest difficult and complex samples, but also can meet the demands of large batch digestion. All individual digestion vessels can be accessed separately without moving the entire rotor, to avoid any interaction during digestion. No extra consumption in consumables due to automatic pressure-relief mechanism on all vessels.

Features

Rotor & Vessel Assembly
  • Vessel Material: PTFE-TFM
  • System has a High pressure and high temperature rotor with at least 12-16 TFM vessels, work station & torque wrench.
  • System has segmented vessels on the rotor for easy use. Maximum Temperature capacity of vessel up to 300°C Pressure capacity of vessel 6 MPa
  • The offered vessels are available in 75ml and 100ml volumes and it can easily handle the lower volumes.

Magnetron

Sensors
  • System has temp sensor which is integrated in the system for monitoring & controlling each vessel and cavity temp. Temperature of each vessel is displayed
  • The software of system automatically reduces the microwave power in case of over temperature
  • System has an Automatic Pressure control system which has a pressure sensor which has a total capability of up to 650 psi to automatically control the pressure. It is possible to remove the pressure device at a high pressure. The Vessels acts as self-regulators of pressure
